REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products from redaf

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of the buyer receiving the product. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and not damaged in any way (all packaging and security seals must be intact). Also, the company may refuse to return or exchange the goods, depending on the reason why the client wants to exchange it.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return. The money will be returned to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or you initiate a return after 30 calendar days have passed, you are not eligible for a refund.
