Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. In case of unforeseen situations or heavy workload, this period may increase). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
redaf may cancel an order if the product cannot be dispatched within thirty (30) days, or for other reasons, regardless of the buyer’s wishes. Until the goods have been dispatched, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Due to the limited storage period of tracking information for some delivery services, after 180 days from the date of dispatch, claims regarding delivery times and contents of the parcel will not be accepted.

The cost of sending EMS (EXPRESS DELIVERY) is calculated according to EMS tariffs.
